1-2-3-4 Cake

Ingredients

• 3 C sifted all-purpose flour
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 C Carnation milk
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 2 sticks butter
• 2 C sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 Tbsp confectioners sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Butter flour a 10-inch tube pan
3. Sift flour baking powder salt
4. In a cup stir milk vanilla
5. In a large bowl mix butter and sugar until yellow and fluffy
6. Add 2 eggs and beat well
7. Repeat and add last 2 eggs Beat well
8. With a wooden spoon stir in flour mixture
9. Add milk mixture
10. Spoon into pan
11. Bake 1 hour
12. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes
13. Turn onto cake plate and dust with confectioners sugar
