1-2-3 Mushroom Pot Roast
Ingredients
- 1 small can beefy mushroom soup Campbells
- 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dry onion and mushroom soup mix
- 1 3 to 5 lb roast beef or pork
- 2 c water or white wine
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350
- Place your pot roast into a casserole dish or a baking bag either will do
- If you place it in a casserole dish it needs to have a cover
- Mix all the soups and liquid together pour onto pot roast
- Bake for 3 hours Serve pot roast with mashed potatoes or rice
- Youll already have your gravy
