1-2-3 Mushroom Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 small can beefy mushroom soup Campbells
  • 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope dry onion and mushroom soup mix
  • 1 3 to 5 lb roast beef or pork
  • 2 c water or white wine

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350
  2. Place your pot roast into a casserole dish or a baking bag either will do
  3. If you place it in a casserole dish it needs to have a cover
  4. Mix all the soups and liquid together pour onto pot roast
  5. Bake for 3 hours Serve pot roast with mashed potatoes or rice
  6. Youll already have your gravy
