15 Layer Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 5 c plain flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 14 tsp salt
• 5 eggs
• 2 c sweet milk
• 1 c oleo
• 13 c Crisco
• 2 12 c sugar
• 4 tsp vanilla flavor

Directions

1. Sift together the first four ingredients
2. Cream shortening and sugar well
3. Add 3 eggs beat well
4. Add 2 eggs
5. Beat well Add flour mixture alternately with milk
6. Add vanilla
7. Grease and flour cake pans
8. Put just enough dough to spread in pan about two big spoonfuls
9. Bake in preheated oven at 425 for 8 to 10 minutes
