Ingredients

  • 2 cans chopped clams
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onions
  • 2 cloves gloves garlic minced
  • 12 Tbsp parsley
  • 12 c milk
  • 12 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp arrowroot or cornstarch for thickening
  • 12 lb linguine pasta

Directions

  1. While pasta cooks saute butter onions and garlic
  2. Add juice from clams and milk
  3. Bring to boil and add thickener and clams Before removing from heat stir in parsley and remove pour over pasta
  4. Sprinkle with Italian cheese
  5. Serve with a salad and bread
