15 Minute Linguine With Clam Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cans chopped clams
- 1 Tbsp chopped onions
- 2 cloves gloves garlic minced
- 12 Tbsp parsley
- 12 c milk
- 12 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp arrowroot or cornstarch for thickening
- 12 lb linguine pasta
Directions
- While pasta cooks saute butter onions and garlic
- Add juice from clams and milk
- Bring to boil and add thickener and clams Before removing from heat stir in parsley and remove pour over pasta
- Sprinkle with Italian cheese
- Serve with a salad and bread
