1 Grated Apple Jam Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 c butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 c buttermilk
• 1 c blackberry jam
• 1 c grated apple
• 3 c cake flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 c nuts
• 1 c chopped dates
• 1 c raisins
• 1 tsp cinnamon optional
• 1 tsp nutmeg optional

Directions

1. Cream
2. butterthen
3. add sugar eggs beaten buttermilk blackberryjam
4. and
5. grated apple
6. Mix well together then
7. add all
8. remaining ingredients
9. This may be baked in a stem pan or long pan
