20 Minute Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 stick margarine
• 12 c shortening
• 14 c cocoa
• 1 c water
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 whole eggs

Directions

1. Sift the sugar flour and salt in large bowl
2. Mix the margarine shortening cocoa and water in a saucepan over medium heat until it boils
3. In a measuring cup add soda to buttermilk Pour hot mixture over sugar mixture and stir well
4. Add buttermilk soda and vanilla
5. Add eggs one at a time and stir well
6. Bake in oblong pan for 20 minutes at 400
