24-Hour Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce shredded
- celery sliced thin
- 1 small pkg frozen peas
- 1 tsp sugar
- 14 tsp pepper
- Parmesan cheese grated
- purple onion rings sliced thin
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 pt mayonnaise
- 12 tsp salt
- Mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
- Place layer of lettuce in a 13 x 9-inch pan Layer onion rings celery and water chestnuts
- Sprinkle with peas
- Frost with mayonnaise
- Sprinkle mayonnaise with salt pepper and sugar Top with Mozzarella cheese Sprinkle with Parmesan Cover Refrigerate 24 hours
- Garnish with tomatoes
