24 Hour Salad For The Holidays
Ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- 14 c vinegar
- 14 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 c maraschino cherries
- 2 c pineapple tidbits
- 2 c mandarin oranges
- 2 c halved grapes
- 2 c miniature marshmallows
- 1 c whipping cream whipped
Directions
- Combine eggs vinegar and sugar in top of double boiler
- Cook over low heat beating constantly until smooth and thickened Remove from heat and add butter
- Cool
- Fold in fruit marshmallows and whipped cream
- Cover and refrigerate 24 hours Serves 12 to 14
