24 Hour Slaw

Ingredients
- 12 c salad oil
- 12 c vinegar
- 34 c sugar
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium heads cabbage
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 1 small green pepper optional
Directions
- Grate cabbage and onion and green pepper optional
- Combine oil vinegar sugar and salt
- Pour over cabbage mixture Refrigerate overnight
- Will keep 2 weeks or more
