2 Minute Microwave Fudge

Ingredients

• 1 box confectioners sugar
• 12 c cocoa
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 c milk
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 12 c butter or margarine
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. In a casserole stir sugar cocoa salt milk and vanilla Mixture will be stiff
2. Cut butter over top
3. Microwave on High for 2 minutes
4. Stir vigorously until smooth
5. Blend in nuts Pour into waxed paper-lined loaf pan
6. Chill one hour
7. Cut into squares
