3-Day Cole Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage chopped or shredded
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small can pimiento
- 12 c honey
- 12 c vinegar
- 12 c cooking oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
Directions
- Chop cabbage onion pepper and pimiento set aside
- Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil
- Pour hot sauce over chopped vegetables mix well
- Pack into jars and cover
- Let sit for 3 days without removing cover
- Keep refrigerated
