30 Minute Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c self-rising flour
• 2 c sugar
• 2 sticks margarine
• 3 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 c water
• 2 eggs
• 12 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. In a saucepan combine water cocoa and margarine
2. Bring to a boil
3. Remove from heat and pour over flour and sugar
4. Add eggs buttermilk and vanilla
5. Mix well
6. Pour into a greased sheet pan Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes
