30 Minute Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 2 sticks oleo
• 3 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 eggs well beaten
• 1 c water
• 12 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix flour and sugar
2. Put water cocoa and oleo in pan and bring to boil pour over flour and sugar
3. Mix well
4. Add eggs buttermilk soda and vanilla
5. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan Bake at 400 about 20 minutes until done
6. Frost while hot
