5-Hour Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lb stew beef cubes
- 1 can peas
- 1 c sliced carrots
- 2 onions quartered
- 4 to 6 potatoes cubed
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can water
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 bay leaves
Directions
- Toss everything into a roaster pan and let cook at 275 for 5 hours
- Can also use slow-cooker for 7 to 8 hours
- Remove bay leaves before serving
