5-Minute Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
- 12 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 pt blueberries
- 1 9-inch crumb crust
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine sugar cornstarch and 12 cup water Cook on High in microwave oven for 2 minutes or until mixture boils for one minute
- Mixture should be thick stir
- Stir in blueberries cook on High for 3 minutes stirring once
- Pour into crust
- Frozen blueberries work well also
