55 Minute Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 c warm milk
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- little salt
- 3 c flour
- 1 Tbsp yeast dissolved in 14 c warm water
Directions
- Mix milk shortening sugar and salt add yeast dissolved in water
- Add flour
- Let rise in dish 15 minutes
- Roll out on floured board about 12 inch thick
- Cut with cookie cutter
- Dip in melted butter and fold in half
- Let rise 40 minutes
- Bake in 350 oven for 20 to 25 minutes
