5 Hour Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lb beef cut up for stew
- 4 carrots peeled and quartered
- 2 talks celery cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 potatoes chunked large
- 1 green pepper chunked
- 1 onion chunked
- 3 Tbsp Minute tapioca
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 12 oz V-8 juice or your own tomato juice
