5 Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 14 c self-rising flour
• 1 c milk
• 1 tsp yellow food coloring
• 5 eggs

Directions

1. Mix first 2 ingredients together
2. Add eggs one at a time Then add vanilla and food coloring
3. Beat with mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes
4. Alternate flour and milk until mixed thoroughly
5. Bake in a 350 oven in 3 round 8-inch pans for 30 minutes
