5 Pound Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 2 cubes margarine 12 lb
- 2 c chopped nuts
- 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
- 4 12 c sugar
Directions
- Place first 5 ingredients in large bowl and set aside
- Cook milk and sugar until rolling boil
- Lower heat and cook for 12 minutes stirring continuously
- Pour over first mixture and stir until all ingredients are well blended
- Pour into greased pan large or two smaller
- Spread to thickness desired
