60 Minute Parker House Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 cakes Fleischmanns yeast
- 14 c lukewarm water
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 12 c milk
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 c flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water put milk butter sugar and salt in a saucepan and bring to a scald do not boil letting butter melt
- Stir
- Put milk mixture in a large bowl add yeast mixture and stir together
- Sift in the 5 cups of flour gradually until dough is formed
- Cover and place in warm place to rise Let rise 15 minutes
- Knead dough down and roll out on a floured surface to cut into rolls
- Place rolls on a greased pan touching each other
- Cover with wax paper and let rise about 15 minutes Bake in 450 to 475 oven for about 12 minutes
