6 Eggs Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 c cake flour or Pillsbury flour
  • 3 c sugar
  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flavor
  • 1 Tbsp pineapple flavor
  • 6 eggs
  • 34 c evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy
  2. Add evaporated milk
  3. Using an electric mixer gradually add flour beating constantly and scraping down sides of bowl
  4. Beat in flavors
  5. Put batter in a loaf pan
  6. Bake at 450 for 1 hour or until cake is golden brown
