7-Up Cake
Ingredients
- 1 12 c butter
- 3 c sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c flour cake flour
- 2 tsp lemon extract
- 1 c 7-Up soda
Directions
- Cream
- the sugar and butter together beat until light Add eggs
- oneat a time and beat well after each egg
- Add flour beat in flour and 7-Up
- Pour batter in a well-greased and floured tube pan or pan of your choice
- Bake at 325 for 1 14 hours
