7-Up Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 3 c sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c Swans Down cake flour
- 34 c 7-Up
- 1 tsp lemon flavor
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- In large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each egg
- Add flour 7-Up flavor and juice
- Mix until flour is blended in then blend until smooth about 3 minutes at high speed
- Pour batter into Bundt cake pan
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes Remove from oven
- Cool 10 minutes in pan and remove to cake plate
