7 Layer Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 34 c celery
- 8 oz fresh spinach with stems removed
- diced onion to taste
- 6 hard-boiled eggs diced
- 10 oz frozen peas
- 4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 c bacon bits
- 3 diced tomatoes
Directions
- Layer in a 9 x 13 container the lettuce celery spinach onion eggs and peas
