A-Maze-Ing Cake

Ingredients

• 1 17 oz can Pride of Illinois sweet corn
• 12 c brown sugar
• 34 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 c oil
• 12 c raisins
• 12 c chopped pecans
• 2 12 c flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp soda
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In large bowl mix corn brown sugar and white sugar
3. Beat in eggs one at a time
4. Add oil beat until well mixed
5. Stir in raisins and pecans
6. Mix together dry ingredients add to liquid
7. Stir until well blended
8. Pour into greased tube pan and bake for 45 minutes or until tests done Can be used with or without frosting
