A JS Secret Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 3 c whipping cream
- 1 12 c half and half
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- Oreo cookies or choice of candy bar
Directions
- Beat eggs by hand until fluffy slowly beat in sugar
- Add cream half and half and vanilla
- Mix well
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze
- While freezing place cookies or candy bars into a plastic bag and break into small pieces
- Add to ice cream mixture when frozen
- Store in freezer
