Acorn Squash

Ingredients
- 1 acorn squash halved and seeded
- 13 c finely diced celery
- 12 c diced unpeeled apple
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 12 c soft bread crumbs
- 12 c grated cheese your choice
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions
- Bake squash in oven or microwave until nearly tender Saute apple and celery in butter for 5 minutes Stir in crumbs and salt and pepper Fill squash with mixture and top with cheese Bake 15 minutes longer until tender Serves 2
