ACS Venison Chili

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground venison
• 1 qt tomato juice
• 3 jalapeno peppers
• 12 clove garlic
• 2 sticks celery chopped
• 3 pkg chili powder
• 2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
• 4 chopped onions
• 1 large can kidney beans

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and simmer on low
2. Cook 2 12 to 3 hours
