AdaS Carrot-Pineapple Jello Salad

Ingredients

• 1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
• 1 c boiling water
• 12 c cold water
• 12 c pineapple juice
• 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
• 1 c shredded carrots

Directions

1. Dilute lemon jello in boiling water
2. Add cold water and pineapple juice
3. Let cool
4. Add the crushed pineapple and 1 cup shredded carrots
5. Chill until set
