AdaS Carrot-Pineapple Jello Salad

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
- 1 c boiling water
- 12 c cold water
- 12 c pineapple juice
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 c shredded carrots
Directions
- Dilute lemon jello in boiling water
- Add cold water and pineapple juice
- Let cool
- Add the crushed pineapple and 1 cup shredded carrots
- Chill until set
