African Peanut Soup
Ingredients
- 1 c tomato soup
- 14 onion diced
- 14 bunch fresh spinach drained and cut in small pieces
- 4-5 mushrooms sliced
- 14 to 12 tsp Cajun seasoning to taste
- 14 c crushed peanuts
- 1 soup can milk or heavy cream
Directions
- Saute onion spinach and mushrooms
- Combine all ingredients and heat
- Serves 2 people
