Alabama Chocolate-Pecan Jumbo Christmas Fudge Pie

Ingredients

• 1 14 c chocolate wafer crumbs
• 13 c butter or margarine melted
• 12 c butter or margarine softened
• 34 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels melted
• 2 tsp instant coffee granules
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 12 c all-purpose flour
• 1 c coarsely chopped pecans
• sweetened whipped cream mix in 14 c powdered sugar
• chocolate syrup
• maraschino cherries with stems and mint sprigs garnishes

Directions

1. Combine chocolate crumbs and 13 cup melted butter
2. Firmly press mixture on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 minutes
