Alices Cheesy Veg Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cans Veg-All
- 1 c chopped celery
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 c sliced water chestnuts
- 12 c mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c crushed Ritz crackers or any cheese crackers
- butter
- 1 c sharp cheese grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Saute celery and onion in butter
- Combine vegetables chestnuts mayo and cream of mushroom soup
- Put in greased casserole top with crushed crackers mixed with melted butter about 2 Tbsp and top with cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly
