AliS Favorite Rigatoni

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 1 medium onion
• 1 large jar favorite spaghetti sauce
• 1 pkg rigatoni noodles
• 1 small container Ricotta cheese
• 12 c sour cream
• 1 large ball Mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Brown ground beef with onion and seasonings garlic powder and pepper
2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and let stew
