AlisonS Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp chili powder according to how hot you want it
- 1 pkg soft corn tortilla shells
- 1 small can mild enchilada sauce
Directions
- Brown ground beef
- Drain
- Set aside
- Simmer mild enchilada sauce with 1 can mashed stewed tomatoes and chili powder
- Simmer 10 minutes
