Alita Darby ArthurS Classic Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c dark corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp corn oil or margarine melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions
- Stir together eggs sugar corn syrup margarine and vanilla Add pecans mix
- Pour into pastry shell
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in 350 oven
- Cool serve with whipped cream or ice cream
