All-In-One-Pot-Dinner
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 or 2 large onions
- 1 or 2 medium carrots
- 1 large can cream-style corn
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions
- Peel and slice potatoes
- Place in casserole
- Slice onions over potatoes
- Scrape and slice carrots then place slices over onions
- Cover with corn then spread ground beef evenly over top Add seasoning
- Spread undiluted soup over ground beef then cover casserole
- Bake in preheated 250 oven for 3 hours or until done
- Yields 4 to 6 servings
