All American Corn Bread

Ingredients

• 2 c biscuit mix
• 1 c butter
• 1 c half and half
• 1 c yellow corn meal
• 12 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 34 c sugar
• 2 eggs slightly beaten

Directions

1. Scald cream half and half with butter
2. Add to thoroughly mixed dry ingredients
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350
