AllisonS Peach Crisp

Ingredients

• 4 c peaches sliced
• 14 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp nutmeg
• 14 c peach syrup
• 1 tsp lemon rind
• 23 c sugar
• 34 c flour
• 12 c margarine

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Put peach slices in square casserole dish
3. In separate bowl work together the sugar flour salt cinnamon nutmeg and margarine until crumbly
4. Add the lemon rind and mix
5. Sprinkle over top of fruit
6. Bake uncovered in a 350 oven until the peaches are tender and the top is browned
7. This takes about 20 to 30 minutes
8. Enjoy
9. Serves 6 to 8 people
