Almond-Turkey Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 c Kraft natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 3 c chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 12 c sliced celery
  • 23 c slivered almonds toasted and divided
  • 1 c Kraft real mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 tsp dried oregano leaves crushed
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • pastry for 2 crust 9-inch pie

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400
  2. Toss 34 cup cheese with flour
  3. Mix cheese mixture turkey celery 13 cup almonds mayonnaise juice and seasonings
  4. Roll pastry to 15-inch square on lightly floured surface
  5. Place in 12 x 8-inch baking dish trim 1-inch beyond edge
  6. Turn under edge flute
  7. Fill with turkey mixture
  8. Top with remaining cheese and almonds
  9. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown
  10. Makes 6 to 8 servings
