Almond Joy Cake
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cake mix with pudding in mix
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 7 oz pkg coconut
- 10 12 oz pkg marshmallows
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 12 c sugar
- 12 c evaporated milk
- 12 c butter
- 14 oz pkg chocolate chips
Directions
- Make cake according to directions and bake in 13 x 9-inch pan Boil 1 cup sugar with 1 cup milk over medium heat
- Stir in marshmallows coconut and pecans
- Pour over warm cake
- Bring 1 12 cups sugar 12 cup milk and butter to a boil
- Stir in chips to melt
- Spread on cake
