Almond Joy Cake

Ingredients

• 1 chocolate cake mix
• 1 12 c Pet milk
• 2 12 c sugar
• 24 large marshmallows
• 4 oz coconut
• 1 stick margarine
• 12 oz chocolate chips

Directions

1. Mix chocolate cake mix as directed on box
2. Bake in two 13 x 9-inch pans for 20 minutes at 350
3. While cake is baking mix in large bowl 1 cup Pet milk and 1 cup sugar
4. Bring to rapid boil and remove from heat
5. Add marshmallows stir until melted
6. Add coconut
7. Pour over hot cakes cover completely
8. In a saucepan heat to a rapid boil 1 12 cups sugar 12 cup Pet milk and margarine
9. Remove from heat add chocolate chips and stir until melted
10. Pour over cakes to completely cover
11. Sprinkle with toasted coconut if desired
