Almond Joys

Ingredients

• 23 c light Karo syrup
• 14 oz bag coconut
• almonds

Directions

1. Heat Karo syrup and mix with coconut
2. Chill and roll into Almond Joy shape
3. Top with an almond
4. Dip into melted chocolate and put on wax paper to harden
