Almost Heaven Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
• 2 c milk
• 9 oz Cool Whip
• coconut for garnish

Directions

1. Prepare cake according to directions and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan
2. When done punch holes in the cake with a fork
3. Pour pineapple with juice over cake
4. Beat cream cheese pudding mix and milk together until thick
5. Spread over pineapple
6. Cover with Cool Whip
7. Garnish with coconut
