Aloha Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 3 medium carrots peeled and shredded
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp mace
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 8 12 oz can crushed pineapple undrained
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Add sugar oil eggs baking powder soda cinnamon salt and mace to shredded carrots mix
- Add flour combine with mixture
- Add pineapple
- Turn into a 9-inch greased and floured pan
- Bake until cake springs back when lightly touched in center 30 to 35 minutes
- Refrigerate unused portion
