Amaretto Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 12 c commercial sour cream
• 2 Tbsp Amaretto
• grated chocolate
• strawberry halves
• 3 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 13 c Amaretto
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 14 c sliced almonds toasted
• chocolate leaves
• 1 9-inch Graham Cracker Crust see below

Directions

1. Press Graham Cracker Crust mixture firmly on bottom and 12-inch up the sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan Beat cream cheese at high speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy gradually add 1 cup sugar beating well Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each addition Stir in 13 cup Amaretto pour mixture into prepared pan Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes or until mixture is set
