Amazing Coconut Pie
Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 34 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 c coconut
Directions
- Combine milk sugar eggs butter and vanilla in electric blender or mixer
- Pour into 9-inch pie crust
- Sprinkle coconut on top
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
