Ambrosia Cake

Ingredients
- 14 c margarine
- 1 c firm packed brown sugar
- 2 11 oz cans mandarin orange sections drained
- 12 c flaked coconut
- 1 18 12 oz pkg white cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 c water
- 12 c heavy cream
- 12 c Hellmanns mayonnaise
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 Tbsp confectioners sugar
Directions
- Melt margarine in two 9 x 1 12-inch round cake pans in 325 oven
- Stir in brown sugar
- Spread mixture evenly in pans
