Ambrosia Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c boiling water
  • 1 can drained mandarin oranges
  • 1 34 c Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg apricot jello
  • 1 12 c marshmallows
  • coconut optional

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple and reserve juice
  2. Add water to juice to make 1 cup
  3. Stir boiling water in jello in a large bowl until dissolved
  4. Stir in reserved liquid
  5. Refrigerate for 1 14 hours Take out and stir in Cool Whip with a wire whisk until smooth Refrigerate again for 10 minutes
  6. Take out and stir in pineapple marshmallows oranges and coconut
  7. Pour into mold
  8. I use a Bundt pan sprayed with Pam
  9. Refrigerate until firm
  10. When ready to serve invert onto plate
