Ambrosia Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice undrained
  • 2 c boiling water
  • 1 8 serving size pkg or 2 4 serving size pkg jello orange flavor regular or sugar-free
  • 1 34 c thawed Cool Whip topping
  • 1 11 oz can mandarin orange segments drained
  • 1 c miniature marshmallows
  • 12 c Angel Flake coconut optional

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple reserving juice
  2. Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup
  3. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved
  4. Stir in measured liquid Refrigerate 1 14 hours or until slightly thickened consistency of unbeaten egg whites
  5. Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth
  6. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound Stir in pineapple oranges marshmallows and coconut
  7. Spoon into 6 cup mold
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours
  9. Unmold
  10. Makes 10 servings
