American Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 1 c margarine
• 1 c sugar

Directions

1. Mix flour powder and soda
2. Cut in margarine like for a pie crust
3. Beat eggs add sugar
4. Beat again
5. Blend egg into flour mixture
6. Roll out on board to 18-inch thick covered with flour Bake at 375 on ungreased cookie sheet for 6 to 8 minutes
