Amish Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 c cocoa
• 1 c vegetable oil
• 2 tsp vinegar
• 2 c water
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp almond flavoring

Directions

1. Mix first 5 ingredients thoroughly and make a well in center To well in flour mix and add remaining ingredients
2. Mix until no lumps remain
3. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan
4. Doesnt need to be greased
5. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
6. Frost with Peanut Butter Frosting
