Amish Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 1 baked 9 or 10-inch pie shell
- 2 pkg cook and serve vanilla pie filling or your own vanilla pudding recipe
- small jar Jif peanut butter extra crunchy
- 2 c confectioners sugar approximately
- Cool Whip or whipped cream
Directions
- Mix peanut butter and sugar together until very crumbly
- Put layer of Jif and sugar mixture in bottom of baked pie shell
- Add pie filling then layer of Jif and sugar mixture
- Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream
- Add rest of Jif and sugar mixture on top of pie
- Keep refrigerated
