Amish Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 c butter
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 1 c oil
• 4 12 c flour
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Blend sugar butter and oil
2. Add eggs and beat well again Add vanilla
3. Combine flour cream of tartar soda and salt
4. Add to first ingredients mix well
5. Drop small balls of dough in granulated sugar
6. Put on baking sheet
7. Flatten with a fork Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes
8. Makes 8 dozen
